Our Story
New Horizon Caregivers is a family-owned in-home senior care company serving the North Dallas community with a focus on excellence and integrity. Founded by Epi Dube and her daughters, Buhle and Bukekile (“Buke”), our story began with a simple yet powerful belief: that aging should be surrounded by love, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
For Epi, who immigrated from Zimbabwe, caregiving has always been a calling. In her homeland, elders are deeply respected and cared for within multigenerational families, a value she carried into every part of her work in Texas. After years of experience in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, Epi envisioned a different kind of care: one that feels like family.
The New Horizon Journey
Epi’s daughters, Buhle and Buke, joined the mission to bring that same level of care and respect into every home we serve. With backgrounds in law, finance, and community development, they’ve helped shape New Horizon Caregivers into a trusted name in compassionate senior care.
Under Buke’s leadership as CEO, the company continues to grow with a clear purpose: to provide care that honors family, uplifts caregivers, and brings peace of mind to every household we serve. From our Zimbabwean roots to our work in North Dallas, we remain dedicated to delivering care that feels like home, one family at a time.
