Welcome to www.newhorizoncaregivers.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by New Horizon Caregivers (“New Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this document (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

The Site provides information about in-home senior care services, educational content, and ways to contact our care team. New Horizon Caregivers is a Texas-based in-home care provider offering non-medical support for older adults.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEW HORIZON CAREGIVERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PART OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SITE.

Termination / Access Restriction

New Horizon Caregivers may, in its sole discretion, terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time without notice.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas for disputes relating to these Terms or use of the Site.

If any portion of this agreement is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and New Horizon Caregivers regarding the Site and supersedes prior communications.

Changes to Terms
